Parking Note: Parking at Rivers Casino Portsmouth is free. The casino offers multiple parking options, including two large parking lots and a parking garage. These are located near both the casino entrance and the dining and entertainment entrance. Valet Service is available for all guests.

What's included in my registration?
All registrants get access to both conference days and the Awards Gala. Additional access and sessions depend on your ticket type — see your package details.
Does registration include travel and hotel?
No. Travel and hotel are the attendee's responsibility. There are several hotels near the venue, including the Renaissance Portsmouth-Norfolk Waterfront Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn Chesapeake/Suffolk.
What's the theme this year?

What's the weather like in early October?
Portsmouth runs about 60–75°F in early October. Mornings and evenings can be cooler, so bring layers.
What's nearby?
Olde Towne Portsmouth, the Portsmouth Seawall, the Children's Museum of Virginia, and the USS Wisconsin Battleship are all close by. Ride-share and Hampton Roads Transit are widely available.
